35 years!

I. Cannot. Believe. It's. Been. That. Long!!!!!!!!! Really? 35 years? Wow!

Anyway, Joye and Doug made us a beautiful dinner! Kel and Patrick and Nolan were there, my Dad and Joel and his gal Tanya! Joel supplied the champagne!! It was a great night, thanks so much everyone!

Love this last photo, I can think of all kinds of captions for this one!!!
:)

5 yr. old soccer fun!

Saturday morning Joye and I went to Logan's soccer game...after we walked around the fountain to walk off our cheesecake, that is....they were oh so cute! And we had a surprise streaker [Jake] who decided to strip down on the playground and streak thru the sidelines! He even buried his underwear in the sand, he is such a cutey petutey, had us all laughing and wondering why he even thought to do that? Hilarious!!!

G. Grandpa also came, quite the walk for him, but he did well!

You will always be a STAR in my eyes Logan! Love you!!!

Then it was off to lunch with Julie! It was a treat to be able to spend a little time with her since she is so busy with taxes this time of year!

Then off to do a bit more shopping! Shocker, I know!

Girls day out!

Friday, Dan gave Joye and I a girls day out... Instead of helping at the Tucson Art Fair, what a treat!

First stop -Nails!

We had a beautiful lunch at Olive and Ivy, then lots of shopping, obviously we were way to engrossed in shopping that we forgot to take pictures!

And ended with cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory!

We really had a great day, looking forward to the next girls day out already!!!

My sweet peas!

Sarah sent me this pic today...I miss these kiddos so much!!! I will be staring at this pic for the next month, can't wait to see them already, and I haven't even officially started my sabbatical yet! Hope they remember their Nanny and Papa! Sarah said Peytey carries around his toy phone and says he's talking to Papa!

Goodbye Las Vegas!

What a nice relaxing trip! Hope to be back again soon!

Another Carmichael arrives...

Look who blew into town today! We had a great time all playing blackjack, sat at one table for 8 hours! Amazingly we won! It's been a long time since we could say that, usually we are lucky enough to just break even. Played with some nice people, it was a good time! Aaron is still out on the strip somewhere, but us old folks finally headed back to the room!

Last night Dan and I went to see Mystere, it was very good, really liked the way they mixed in humor with the cirque du soleil acts!

Our Sprinter is still in the shop so looks like no trip to the William Sonoma Outlet this time. We'll be lucky to get it back in time to head out of town tomorrow!
