Smooth move...

To our new digs that is! We moved today to our water bungalow, the garden villa was awesome, but this is unbelievable...surrounded by water, glass coffee tables so you can see down to the water, glass insets in the floor as well as next to the tub so you can see/walk over the water...there are lights underneath for at night, so we'll check that out tonight!

Views from our deck...

Pics from the other side of our bungalow...

And inside...

Breathtaking views...plan to spend a lot of time out here...

Somewhere over the rainbow...

Caught a rainbow after our rain yesterday...we went snorkeling at about 5p [good news is you can see thru the view finder under water when the sun isn't so bright] and on our walk back there was a rainbow!

Some more videos of snorkeling...

And pics...

And the crab that watched us eat dinner last night!

:)

Rain?

In sunny French Polynesia...Bora Bora? Yep! This is their rainy season after all! We've had totally beautiful days here every day, so we are not unhappy that it is raining today...good day to catch up on blogging, reading...the Masters...and a little less time in the sun, it is so intense!

Sweet surprise!

This just got delivered to our room- from our new anniversary buddies that I blogged about previously, they are going home today! So sweet of them!

Wow, we wish them many many years of happiness together!

Fishing...takes on a whole new meaning!

Arrived at Vaitape [mainland] just in time to see the winners of a fishing contest...probably the biggest fish I have ever seen, it was cool to see them...dead...wouldn't want to run into them alive...while I'm swimming...or snorkeling...went on to get some more groceries [bread, beer, wine]...yum.

Snorkeling...love it!

I just love the snorkeling here...we've been most every day and we just walk out our door and into the water...so cool. I bought a new camera before we left that is waterproof, but somehow I just didn't believe it and was a big chicken to take it in the water...well, yesterday was the moment of truth and out we went!! It works great, except that you can't see anything in the view window so you aren't sure what you are taking pictures of. Here are some of the pics, I'll get better each day, I hope...cuz the fish are amazing!!!

And a couple of videos....these got distorted a bit in the upload, which was disappointing-
