Off we sail...

...to the caribbean...on Friday we left Miami for the Dominican Republic. We were headed for Samana, a fairly new port for cruise ships. We both popped a Dramamine prior to getting on the ship and managed to sleep thru the Sail Away Party, in fact we have been sleeping really good, don't know if it's the being 'rocked' to sleep or if it's the drugs...but we are not lacking for sleep, I assure you!

Yesterday was a day at sea, we ate, slept, and laid by the pool a bit, then ate some more, went to a show, drank a little and enjoyed a piano bar and ended up in the casino, where I managed to kick butt at the blackjack table, yay!

Slept like babies again last night, there really is something to being 'rocked' to sleep!

Pfirrmanns visit Marco!

We are back relaxing in Marco for a few days and had the Pfirrmann family here for some R&R! We had a good time and the kids loved the pool and beach...mostly the pool...they were in there all day every day!!!

It was a gorgeous sunset the day they arrived...

Griffin loves hanging out with Aaron, I think he was glued to Aaron's hip!

It was fun, now a couple of days of R&R for ourselves and then on to our cruise!!!

What have I missed?

I continue to snap pictures, worried I've missed something, but I don't know how having taken over 1200 pics so far...but I continue to snap...

Did I get enough of the beach?

Of our walk to meals every day?

Of the bridge over the pond?

Of kayaking?

Of my Willa smile?

Of our Villa and the beautiful blue water, and all the fun swimming?

Of snorkeling?

Of my man?

Here's to a great trip! We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! Bora Bora did not disappoint!

Last morning...

Last day on Bora Bora today, no shark sitings this morning, but nature did surprise me with a double rainbow! The one was pretty faint but the other one just got brighter and brighter!
