Yum! I made this soup for dinner tonight - it was really good!! A great way to use up corn on the cob - we had extra ears in the refrig, so it was a great way to use it up!

funny. so tell me, did yours really look like that when it was done????? and sarah...when i was there a few years ago, you made some fabulous tortilla soup that i think used chicken broth...do you still have that recipe?? think you got it somewhere on the food network. anyway, if you have it, could you share that, too??? i just remember it was SO good! :)
Yes, it did look just like that AND it was a 30 minute meal, so it was quick!! I'm thinking of adding chicken next time. And I love Sarah's recipe too, share it with us Sar - or just have us over for dinner :-)
